Next day delivery is defined as the business day following your order between 8am and 3pm.
All orders received after 5pm on Fridays or weekends will be dispatched the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
In most cases all orders will require a signature upon delivery unless there is a 'Waiver Authorization' in the comments section of the order to hold it with our shipping provider. If the customer is not present when the delivery is attempted, a card will be left explaining the driver's actions. The card will contain details of how to arrange to collect it from the local warehouse.
Redistribution not permitted. Someone must be at the delivery address to register and receive the products and answer the courier company's phone calls to arrange it. If redelivering is required, an additional charge will be requested from the shipping provider.
